THE BIG PICTURE

Trades of Grace is a project-oriented mission organization. We provide short-term mission trips for teams of men who want to come to Alaska and use their trades or skills to meet tangible needs. However, our mission goes beyond completed projects and met physical needs. Our primary vision is to infiltrate the kingdoms of men with disciple-makers for the Kingdom of God by challenging the men on our trips to engage their God-given passions and gifts for His calling on their lives - to become changed men who walk boldly by faith and return home to make a difference in their families, churches and communities. We do this through intentional discipleship, a shared ministry project and uniquely Alaskan adventure.

"If you or your church men's group is looking for an awesome missions experience in the middle of God's vast creation in Alaska, check this ministry out! I spent a week with them last May, and Jeff Vanaman is the real deal. Do some ministry, change some lives, allow God to challenge you as a man and experience some of the most awesome outdoor experiences around! This is a great ministry, and I highly recommend them!"

"If you are looking for a place for the men in your church to go on a trip to be challenged to be the men God has called them to be while using their talents and gifts, then look no more. Jeff and Tara Vanaman are the real deal. My church, the Church at Chapelhill, sent 12 men up this past week and the trip was nothing short of amazing! Thank you Trades of Grace for plugging us into what God is doing in Alaska! We will be back!"
